Kenny Blanchard 43 of Pierre Part was arrested for possession of kitty cats ???? he'd had stolen through out the parish. There's an ongoing investigation for missing kitty cats that Blanchard may be linked to.
After questioning Blanchard as to why he stole he said he'd always had an obsession for kitty cats and he loves to cuddle with them..
