Infamous lady mob boss and prostitute Queen Baptiste has died on death row from complications of AIDs. Baptiste is the most notorious female mob boss in the history of New Orleans. On September 27, 2001 Baptiste was in a shootout with the FBI that left several dead and many others injured. Baptiste managed to escape and hide out for months undetected. It was not until a tip to the FBI that she was captured and surrendered. Sentenced to death it was later found out that Baptiste had AIDs. Baptiste had no family or friends when she died. Baptiste died in the hospital after a lengthy battle with pneumonia.
