In the press release announcing his elevation from despised CIF Employee to head of the Organization it simply stated that after taking a long hard look at the insane and asinine path that the mid level leadership was taking them, they decided the only salvation was a no nonsene,lead form the front, slightly insane NCO, SFC Sullivan fits the requirements like a great pair of hard knuckle combat gloves. We feel this will cut through the bureaucratic boondoggle that now plauged the organization. SFC Sullivan simply stated," Shits fucked up,and needs to change.
