28 year old Zack Warner was arrested lastnight after an officer witnessed 2 cars drag racing on the 3800 block of 3rd Avenue. The officer said the driver of the other car was quick and got away but witnesses say it was an early 90s white mustang. Before the arrest Warner was questioned and kept repeating "them damn coyotes" with his right arm raised in the air. Officers then took extreme caution not knowing if he had been bitten by the wild animal. We were later told he was referring to the 5 liter dohc Ford engine. More at first at five.
