A 14 year old girl names Ellie Anderson has reported as being chased by a clown. She was walking to her corner shop when this insident happend on Thursday 20th October 2016 at around 6:00pm. She ran straight home terrified and called the police, the police have been keeping an eye out around that area for any unusual business. Ellie said she just froze then the figure came near her then she ran. Her parents said she was very mortified and didn't go out for days.
