There was an incident reported at about 2 a.m about clown sightings in mansura la. Some other residents also reported their was rods involved. when we arrived at the scene we saw 4 teens flatting. After we obtained the teens they were recognized as 15 year old Willis Johnson,16 year old keondre Jacob ,15 year old Jason Simpson ,and 16 year old marquis Alexander.their bonds are 65,000 a piece and as we were trying to obtained keondre he was hollering "Fuck that waddup" so we had to use force . We also detained a four-five with an extension clip long as a baby leg from Willis. Court date set for December ,24,2016
