Last night about 2a.m was a call to the station saying that it had clown sightings and there was rods involved in Mansura L.A. The teens were identified as Willis Johnson 15,Keondre Jacob16, Jason Sampson 15,Marquis Alexander 16, As we arrived at the scene we saw 4 teens flatting , as we detained the teens keondre Was hollering "Fuck that waddup" and we had to use force. As we were searching for weapons we obtained a four-five with"an extension clip long as a baby leg "from Willis, the teens now are under custody with a bond of 65,000 the court date will be held on December,24,2016
