Local Franklin County resident, Union Mo. Serena Monroe caught trespassing at St.Clair sewer waste treatment plant, after a 911 caller was received from someone falling in the manure section of the recycle area. Although it was brought in unprocessed, as fire and rescue arrived on the scene, they found Miss Monroe choking on human feces. they found Miss Monroe choking on which was later confirmed to be human waste otherwise known as (shit) although the fire department was unwilling to give her mouth-to-mouth they were able to open the restricted area allowed her to breathe. After receiving a trespassing ticket she is currently at Missouri Baptist Hospital, update will be given any future moment in time.
