A teenager in Jersey, Channel Islands by the name of Bendeguz Kutvolgyi (16) has been arrested on suspicion of Disturbance and Abuse near West Park in Saint Helier. The teenager who was born in Hungary has come forward and denied any allocations made against his name, and will face a Judge in The Magistrates Court on Thursday Morning.
