Rodney L Hammonds, 18 ;of New Boston, Ohio was arrested early Saturday morning. Hammonds claimed to be "Asain" and was making and selling counterfeit "Nike's". Hammonds was caught at the New Boston commons, He is suspected to be a leader of sweatshops all over New Boston and Portsmouth making "Nike's" for "Hibbits".
