A local Vinton county woman, Mindy Kuhn AKA The dirty Red, was charged on two counts of roughing up free range chickens within her own property. One chicken was noticed to have feather loss due to stress from repeated beating from MRS Kuhn. All chickens are now safe and Mrs Kuhn will be arraigned December 2 at Ross county municipal court
