Fredericksburg Police while on patrol Saturday evening were dazed and confused as to why a grandmother, Pam Green from White Oak area , would flash them. As the officer was on traffic patrol and stopped at a traffic light on Cowan Blvd, the officer states, "I was stopped at a light and look over to my left and low and behold, this woman was flashing me".
The officer further states that Mrs.Green was taken into custody for questioning. No further information is available at this time.
