Shawna Johnson of Detroit Michigan watches her children freeze to death because she refuses to touch the thermostat. She has allegedly hidden cameras in her home to make sure no one touches it. Her daughter has threatened to call local authorities countless times because she worries for her little brother who is only 13 and very thin. They found him frozen, in his room and she still wouldn't turn the heat on so he is sitting by the oven waiting to thaw out as we speak.
