After 2 nice summer with trugreen, 1 tech with the most sales in the branch Nestor Merino contract expires in December of this year. It is unknown if Nestor will continue his career at trugreen or he will go to trugreen competitors. Even tho Nestor started off to a great start this year with 40 full programs, and had a major bump in August (burning at least 15 lawns). In recent interview with Nestor, he stated that the permagreen was the issue with the lawn burning. He also stated that he loves working with his co-workers and bosses, but I got to do what it takes for me to survive. Nestor also stated in his interview that if trugreen wants to keep him, they would need to meet his demands. Nestor wouldn't state what we're those, but he did mention that one his service managers got the list of demands today at noon. So let's see what happens from now till March, if not this big papi is out of this team.
