Albert Edward Driscoll was arrested on October 30, 2016 at the BlueFin in the Dundalk location. We have officially confirmed he has male and female victims. His friends, family members, and the whole community have said they have suspected this for years. In total there are 27 total victims so far that have come forward and there are allegedly more victims that we are waiting to come forward.
