This young lad (14), was caught by 2 older women eating a dog that looked like a German Shephered getting eaten at an Irish restaurant, they reported it for animal abuse and tried to hold the man down. He was confused and when we was sent to the Garda Station for questions his response was "I thought I was in China?"
