At around 4:30pm on Saturday the 29th of October two teens began attacking a rubbish bin, next to whitehall bingo hall. The two teens ( one boy, one girl, both 15) allegedly bought a "spicebag" and started making hand signals making a W. They were aressted at the scene and are being questioned
