Jason Dhans has been charged by Midway Police for inciting racial riots in this small western Pa community.
It is alleged Dhans was baiting African Americans by selling fake ebt cards and knock off Fubu designer clothing.
Arraignment has been set for the 2nd Tuesday of the coming week and bail is set at $2.50 in food stamps only.
