With Halloween upon us, creepy clowns aren't the only scary sights. Randy Hasbrouck was seen running the streets of Milford wearing nothing but a crown and carrying a torch. When approached, he'd slap folks across the face, telling them, "Listen to me," and hand them each a voting ballot. Apparently, he believes he's the Statue of Liberty and has a little something to say about the upcoming election.
