Two Clowns spotted by a couple who have been long time members of Plymouth Canton were driving home last night when suddenly one of them pointed out something on the side of the road, they turned there brights on and there stood two clowns walking down the road. This spotting happened last night at approximately 8:30 PM EST. Everyone needs to be alert of there house at all times and keep your doors locked at all times.
