Local ashland,ky man Jeremy Justice age 23 was last seen in downtown ashland running through the streets screaming that ghosts areally attacking him. When police tried apprehending him he told them he'd call the ghost busters on them.
They have not caught the man yet but there is a chance he is still in the downtown area.
