Early Sunday morning dispatchers received an anonymous call for a disturbance at Rickenbacker Airport, officers arrived on scene to find a young woman under the influence of alcohol, streaking across the airport grounds. The woman, Kaitlynn Herd, 21, from the Columbus area, was arrested and taken to the regional detention center for public intoxication and public indecency, her bond set at $10,000.
