Syracuse man returns to jail after a spree of "j" walking committed in the Syracuse area.
Daniel Hill of Mattydale, NY was arrested this afternoon for allegedly walking across numerous streets throughout the Syracuse area without crosswalks. Ultimately causing numerous vehicles to almost crash.
No injuries have been reported .
He is being held at the Onondaga County Justice Center without bail.
He is not listed in custody.
