On October 30 at 10am Mike strouse of saltsburg pa broke the world record for smallest penis. The saltsburg man measured in at a whopping 1/2 centimeter from balls to tip. The man from the record book asked mr strouse if it was flaccid and Mike smiled and said no sir that's erect... just measure.
