Late Sunday night on the 30th of October reports have arisen of young child who goes by the name of Nicholas Wootton, sharing threatening and potentially dangerous images on the social media application, 'snapchat'. As shown below the image caption says "robbed a clown", being that it is the night before Halloween, youths may be dressing up a day early for certain reasons.
If either Nicholas Wootton or the boy in the photo is seen, Call the non-emergeny number on 101, and stay well clear of these two boys.
