Todd Rager 39yrs old of New Albany IN, was in the middle of hooking up a car to his tow truck when shots were fired and Rager fell to the ground. He sustained 1 shot to the head and 3 to his back. His wife Amanda says he loved his job and had been doing repossession work for 22years. Rager was the father of 9 children. Police are still looking for the suspect.
