An Orange county man is in custody due to being a suspect for a massive shooting in West Orlando. Bryan Oneill Rivera , 21years old was found at Polos Apartments in Kissimme Fl at 11:20pm right after OPD received a 911 phone call About a massive shooting . It has been reported that 7 were fatally shot and pronounced dead at the scene and 2 were transported to Dr:Phillips Hospital right after the incident. Investigation still in process .
