This indictment is about Evading child support with Brianna Nichole Hylton.
Detectives say Ms.hylton was having a affair with young Albert while babysitting, Albert then insemintated ms.hylton.
Albert has denied all accusations but DNA results prove that it was his child.
Albert was processed through court the judge ordered Albert to pay 10$ a month due to the fact the Albert has no official job except for when the job asked Albert of any employment, Albert responded with "I do tatts man"
