Homeless girl Shannon Kiely who has being living in a park bin in tallaght has said there's a housing crisis going on out there and at this day and age a girl shouldn't be living a bin. Shannon first become homeless due to her "jimmy" addiction to which she developed at a younger age. Shannon said it all started at college for me " I'd liked to do NOTHING on the weekends and slowly decided to try some jimmy". Eventually shannons family could no longer handle her and decided it be best she left the family home. A local housing officer has said "Shannon's bin has being upgraded to the bear standard we could get her and she's being given a power supply and a sleeping bag". Shannon who is now clean and off jimmy two days has now said she would move to any accommodation as long as it had more room
