A 51 year old Forestville man was arrested on October 30th 2016. NYS police say Douglass Fairbanks had drove by an unmarked patrol car with his anus out of the window in the Village of Forestville. This is Mr. Fairbanks second offence. He has been arraigned and committed into the Chautauqua County Hilton in lieu of $2000 bail.
