Mr Andrew Brierley of Bacup, wanted in questioning relating to numerous vehicular offences. The suspect pictured (above) is wanted for many offences, varying from not being able keep up with modern day traffic in his Peugeot Partner, through to the most serious of owning a Renault Megane.
