It has been reported after numerous phone calls from the same person who is staying anonymous that Christopher Service, 18, of somewhere in the Lincluden area has been repeatedly walking around the Lincluden area, particulary walking past the primary school always smoking cannabis. Due to walking past a primary school with youngsters people are disgusted. If anyone has any details of the whereabout this man lives, please come forward. Any details given will be kept anonymous. Thanks in advance for any help.
