Francisco Cruz aka ( Cisco Porter ) was at Red Lobster @ 42nd street Saturday by himself. The teen later ordered the whole menu for himself and bodied it. When the menu came he tried to pay with counterfeit dollars and this was immediately bought to the managers attention. When the manager and waitress came back their was nobody at the table. But quickly saw Mr. Cruz running outside the store. The cops where called and Mr. Cruz was than caught and arrested outta breath on the same corner. He was charged with being broke and csed (can't stop eating disorder).
