Scottish borders police are looking to speak to the driver of a vw golf in the galashiels area after the smoke emitted from the vehicle caused an elderly lady to choke. There was no physical damage to the lady but she is currently suffering emotionally and mentally. Anybody with any information regarding the car or driver please contact the local police station.
