Police Scotland have issued an arrest warrent for Ayrshire man Liam Martin. The warrrent was granted shortly after he removed a clamp illegally from his vehicle at Glasgow City where he is believed to have a job, there are also other conditions regarding speeding in his vehicle and driving recklessly throughout towns and private roads. We urge him to bring himself down to his local police station to make conditions less harsh on himself however we do belive that a prison sentence has to be considered here
