Ryan Waite, 21 of orrell Wigan is wanted for assault after he was pissing in the wind after a night out in Manchester (warehouse). As he was having a piss, the wind picked up and the piss travelled and hit a bouncer in the eye causing him to have an infection in his eye which now his currently under going eye surgery. Please do not approach Ryan as his head is massive and can be used as a deadly weapon! He has a messed up face aswell
