JACKSONVILLE, FL - An Florida Teen is arrested and accused of public indecency after he allegedly exposed himself to neighbors, and then attempted to have sexual relations with a parked van.
According to police, the initial 9-1-1 call on Monday night was about a teen who was "acting strangely" throughout the neighborhood.
When officers finally encountered "Shawn Sossa", they say he was pulling his pants down and swinging on a stop sign.
In the police report, witnesses told officers the teen pulled his pants down and inserted "his genitals in the grill of a red van" that was parked on the street. Witnesses then say the teen then briefly passed out in a yard, before getting up and walking away.
A public indecency charge is pending against "Sossa".
