Scott Stevens of Ohio was caught on security surveillance shouting allahu ackbar while proceeding to defile his wife. Upon police arrival, Stevens denied doing anything wrong.
The arresting officer performed a breathalyzer test which came back positive for alcohol at a level of 0.42.
