Local taxi driver jason shanley foils a would be gang of 6 from holding up a cash in transit van at tesco clarehall this morning armed only with his taxi torch he beat all 6 up hospitalizing 3 of the culprits and killing the other 3 one witness said he was a hero .the 44 year old man from the local area seemed unphased by the incident and calmly walked away from the scene .gardai are now looking to speak to mr shanley as it seems the money from the van has gine missing .any information is in strict convidence so please contact gardai if you know the whereabouts of mr shanley.
