Student of Stockton Riverside College Brandon Kevin Lucy WYNN,18 planned attacked against elderly mans dog who regularly gets walked up Norton Avenue, Norton around 6pm. Brandon who is commonly known as "Brew" by other gang mates claims that "I did not purposely kick the dog, I slipped my leg into the dogs crotch by accident, ya fucking mug". Brandon will be prosecuted under the Act 81 of abuse to dogs and will be seen up in court by Judge Basnett on the 18th of December 2016 awaiting sentencing. Brandon is now held up in custody with partner-in-crime Liam Ricky DEVLIN 19.
