A Mr trevor Mulligan is due in court today accused of stealing underwear garments from several washing lines in southbank Mulligan from upper Oxford Street denies several charges of theft but was left red faced when police raided his southbank flat were officers discovered several pair of what police described as skimpy underwear. Mr Mulligan is described by several neighbours and friends as a lovely man and are shocked at what's happened one said I just can't believe it what would he want with knickers I mean come on he could of went to primark and bought a few pair they only a pound,he's brief was not a available to comment today but Mulligan is expected to plead guilty more on this case later .
