These 5 people were caught scamming people by telling them there would be new housing development in the area, each person look part in the scam and told us: 'We did it for their own good, they needed to spend their money!' They used a council house in Lancaster (Next door neighbours) to show people how good the development was, only for them to find out they had been ripped off by £1,000,000. These devastated people will have to live up to the fact they had been scammed it was tuff. No police was involved so they went to gamble the money in Vegas
