Blytheville Arkansas. - a female and her four adult children wer out side enjoying and admiring the small kids decorations whet with young men with mask of a clown came up with very rude remarks I asked the men to leave when they just started to get irate and I called the police just for the safety of myself and my children. They took both suspects to jail and they told me they believed they were under the influence of something but at that time did not know what. There is still another boy who took off running as well. if the community comes across any clowns please contact the proper authorities as well as staying safe.
