Brian Clayton 43 of Clay Ky took his Halloween costume to far this year. We have been told he was dressed as Santa running the streets of Clay throwing money at citizens yelling HoHoHo. He was also doing a strip tease at the city building downtown. He was arrested and is now awaiting his court date and mental evaluation set for this afternoon.
