Leanne McBryan 30 has been accused of assaulting another mother at edinbarnet primary school. It has been said that mcbryan and the victim got in a argument when children of both started fighting.Mcbryan was interviewed at clydebank police station and gave this statement "her wain hit ma baby so what else was I suppose to do?I lost it is saw red and picked up the closest thing to me...a chair!and just started swinging".
Mcbryan has been very open and honest about the situation it has been said that the judge will not go lightly on the accused but will take all factors into consideration.
