A young girl aged 15,Jaycee Horton,who lives in Minster has been reported as 'sniffing stagecoach seats' and shebhas been described as 'hysterically' laughing at herself on her bus ride home on the 940 after she attends school at Ursuline college,this illegedly takes place at around 3:07pm not long after she gets on the public transport.
There has been several sightings of the teen doing this in the last week..
