A Meadville man in the Crawford County jail charged with stalking several neighbors in West Mead Township early Tuesday morning. He has had several complaints of appearing to peek into the windows of neighbor's houses for long periods of time, while also allegedly taking inappropriate photographs of victims who were unaware of his actions.
Martin Gallagher, of West Mead Township, was arraigned today before Magisterial District Judge in Meadville. He was placed in the Crawford County jail in Saegertown in lieu of $10,000 bond.
