On the 27th of March 2016, Jessica Halden from Broadstairs claimed to of been sexually assaulted by a young man in Cecil square, Margate. Afterwards, the offender sprinted into a flat building nearby, leaving Jessica helpless.
"No, he didn't rape me, but he still tried to do things to me."
Says Jessica.
The boy was wearing an Adidas jumper, black shorts and a fisherman hat.
We have attached a sketch of the boy above this article. Halden claims it's almost identical to the offender.
