An Arkansas woman was arrested on the following Halloween night after there was claims that she was walking around whipping her hair in people's faces. Estefani Ballesteros, 19, had a few drinks and decided to mess with people with short hair as she flaunted her long hair in every persons face. Police say that she was highly intoxicated and was yelling "Jerry Jerry" while she was in handcuffs.
