Local teen Devin bowser got arrested today November 1, 2016 for sticking his private parts into a classic double Dave Thomas burger at the Wendy's restauran.t Employee's say Devin asked for a mcchicken and when the manager stated "we do not sell mchickens here" Devin hoped over the counter and proceeded to pull down his pants exposing his crippled ass and stuck his privates between a burger.
